ABOUT COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT

Our Community Employment Program connects individuals with disabilities to meaningful jobs in the community.

We offer job placement, supported employment, and individualized, participant-first career pathways. As an Employment Network for the Social Security Ticket to Work program, we also provide additional support for individuals working toward greater financial independence.

Each participant receives a personalized career plan along with ongoing guidance and support tailored to their goals, strengths, and needs - helping them succeed and grow in the workplace.
